Juliana and Yamina helped us buy a single family home in Santa Clara in one week after we meet first time. They did great job to prepare attractive offer and had timely followup with sale agent during offer accepting time. One thing that jumped out at me while working on my transaction was the strong ability to make the offer work. I chose Juliana because of her good reputation and strong relationship, also the service.

If there’s something she and her team can improve, I would say maybe give more support post deal close, for example check the feeling, any issue etc.
