Juliana Lee has been a famous realtor in Bay Area during the past years. I heard of her name for many many years.

Finally, I got in touch with her and in year 2017, we first found our new home with the help of Yamina Wu in Juliana's team. Then Juliana directly helped us got the house at the price we want and later listed and sold our old house. Juliana has a dedicated team and as a key figure of the team, Juliana is capable and good at negotiations.

Most of the people if not everyone in the market wish to buy their dream house with the money they could afford and sell the house for the best it deserves. Juliana made our wishes come true! We are happy and thankful. :)

We are so thankful to Juliana for helping us find a home that matched all of our needs! After looking for about six months on and off, we realized just how much of a challenge it was to find a home we liked in today's market, especially as first time home buyers. In some ways, we came to our first meeting with Juliana and her team out of frustration and to find out what we needed to do to find our dream home.

Because we had a lower down payment for our first couple of offers, we learned very quickly what was holding us back. Once we understood this, we were focused on how to improve our chances for the next one. We were very impressed with how Juliana had wonderful insight into multiple areas and neighborhoods and could plan list price vs. sales price and gave us a magic number. In fact, she always had great strategies with every home we made an offer on and had a "plan of attack" for each one.

On our last offer, we had just about given up hope that we could get our dream home. The home had everything we wanted and the agent was unresponsive for 24 hours. We were convinced that we did not have the winning offer, but Juliana continued to be supportive, motivating, positive and reassuring through the whole process. Needless to say, we were thrilled when we learned that we had the winning offer. Juliana's experience truly made it all possible for us and shined through our whole experience!!

Don't be afraid to do your own research or ask questions...because what you'll find is that everything she recommends you to do is right on point!
