Juliana helped to guard us in getting our offer accepted so we would not to have to pay the highest price due to her reputation in the industry. We appreciate Sophia and Juliana for helping us understanding this new domain and we believe they will be great resources for all first‐time home buyers as they have been to us. My husband and I were first‐time home buyers and didn't know what to expect. After we went through 3 realtors and were not satisfied with the results, my colleague referred Sophia to us. She accompanied us to see the properties and helped pointing out the parts we might need to fix. She reached out to the neighbors to inquire more information about the neighborhood, so we can better expect the lifestyle that accompanies the home and surrounding area.

Sophia spent three hours going through all the disclosures with us, page by page. This was a tremendous value for the first‐time home buyers like us. She educated us on how to read the inspection reports and all related legal documents. With her help, we put in our very first offer and then, together with Juliana, we all joined forces and they helped us get our offer accepted. It was a wonderful surprise! Juliana also spent the time to explain to us on what to expect after the offer is accepted, so we could be prepared on what follows next.

We first met Juliana Lee at her Palo Alto office three years ago. At that time, we weren't sure whether we should remodel or sell our flag lot house in Palo Alto (Community Center). As first‐time home buyers, we went through a lot of difficulties during our house hunting, but with your help, we can definitely say that all the complex purchase processes became much easier. We were also grateful to attend your buyer seminar for home buyers and learn about the market. When we saw the price drop down from 850K to 825K for the home we liked, we really wanted to buy the house. However, the price was still too high for us. The open house host that we met at the property wanted to earn our business & pretended to know the listing agent. The “host” also told us that he would give us a 10K rebate just to work with him. However, we had already committed to you. We thought it was impossible to have another 10K off because the listing agent/seller had just reduced the price and the current market was very hot.

As it turns out, we chose to stick with you and we are glad we did. You negotiated the purchase price and instead of getting 10K back, we saved 25K in the deal. It seemed impossible, but you helped us purchase our home at 3% lower than the reduced listing price. We are so glad you saved us money in our purchase!
