We had the pleasure to work with Juliana Lee & her team to purchase our new home & to sell our current home. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. When we decided to start looking for a new home in the South Bay, we reached out to multiple well known realtors in the region & Juliana was the first one to respond back to our inquiry. She promptly made an appointment with us the same weekend to meet at our house to present the services that she & her team can provide. We have to say we were rather impressed how well organized she is and just how well her team works – like a well‐oiled machine that never skips a beat.

One weekend, we came across a house in Mountain View that we absolutely fell in love with. However, we thought we had no hope of getting the house, given the market is so strong that we were likely to be outbid by others. Juliana encouraged us to submit an offer anyway with a number that we felt comfortable with because we knew we wouldn’t like the end result unless we tried.

Juliana held our hands every step of the way, making sure that we were comfortable with our decision & provided guidance based on her experience. Without her and her team, we would not be able to sell & buy so seamlessly literally within one month’s time. Whenever we encountered a problem; Juliana always had an answer waiting for us. Her massive network proved to be so valuable to us to ensure that we were getting the best deals from insurance to loans to pretty much everything.

At the end, we ended up buying our dream house & were able to sell our house way above our expectations. Juliana was able to negotiate a great deal for us to allow us to stay at our current home for two weeks with no charge to allow us plenty of time to move in to our new home.

Without a doubt, Juliana is someone that we will definitely refer to all of our friends and family & we are looking forward to working with her again in the future!

I was a reluctant home buyer with very little understanding of ever‐evolving Palo Alto market and felt limited by the fact that I was selling at the same time.

From the moment I met Juliana until everything settled & closed escrow, Juliana has been a great resource for me. She walked me through the process, detailed which steps I should take next & and introduced me to whom I believe are a great list of key contacts throughout the whole process (ex. home inspector, loan agent, interior decorator, etc.) that helped to facilitate with everything we needed.

She was & is very responsive and I was always able to contact her via email, phone or text message & receive prompt responses. I was always up to date on where I was in the purchasing/selling process & offered informative suggestions to many of my questions (i.e. is it worth submitting a preemptive offer or tailoring price to attract potential buyers). Juliana was also promptly on time, very personable, professional & easy to work with.

As a side note, from beginning to end, nearly the whole document approval process for both transactions was done electronically. All document signage & approvals were largely done without having to schedule numerous meeting times. Since I have limited off time at work, it was great working with someone comfortable & efficient with technology.

On top of everything else, her experience & persistence showed results and we were able to purchase a home AND sell our previous home within the same week! We chose Juliana Lee for purchasing our first home. We are very happy with the experience and would like to recommend Juliana Lee and her team to anyone wanting to buy a home in Silicon Valley. They are very professional, willing to accommodate customer's needs and time, and highly efficient.

In our case, we have pretty tight budget and aim for a great school district. Also, we are on H1b and opt F1 visa, which is a trickier case for loan. Sharon Lee is one of the members in Juliana's team. She worked with us as buying agent. She directed us to the right resources for mortgage, and the loan process worked out smoothly. She worked with our pace, always able to answer our text, email, phone call quickly. She is also knowledgeable about the market, we were given good suggestions about the location, home condition and general market trend by her. Although we did not meet Juliana for many times, but she is always on the same page for all of our communications. She is crucial for the bidding/price negotiation. We were advised to increase the offering price, at the time, it sounded very aggressive, but after our offer was accepted, we felt it is a good buy after all.

So we got our first condo in Mountain View within three weeks after we got the pre-approval letter. We are impressed with the efficiency, and happy for getting the right home for our family. So, again, we recommend Juliana and her team to help you with your home purchase.

We were first time home buyers and knew nothing about purchasing a home. We only knew that we had a need for one and we needed a great agent on our side. We were so lucky to have met Juliana, as she helped to remove any fear or worries that we had. We learned about what was really important and that searching for the right home was more than just seeing “fake” decorations and staging. She helped us get pre‐approved in a day (on a Sunday no less)!

I’m still amazed how Juliana Lee got a house for us within 4 days from the day we started looking & I don’t know how she was able to get us the house when our offer was only the 2nd highest! We went through a lot during those four days & we were ready to give up so many times; however, Juliana didn’t give up & kept fighting for us. She kept encouraging us by letting us understand the value & the benefit of getting this house in particular & she also exercised her network & negotiation skills to get the house for us. If it wasn’t for Juliana asking the listing agent to wait for our offer after the deadline, we might not have had a chance. Moreover, the listing agent waited because she believed Juliana would present a strong and solid offer to her. If it hadn’t been for these factors, we would not have purchased our beautiful, new home.

Juliana does not work alone though – she has a great team on her side. They helped make everything go smoothly for us. We were traveling in New York before the close of escrow during Christmas and everything was taken care of for us.

Long story short, even though we did go through an intense experience over a short period of time, Juliana & her team delivered results. We are so grateful for their hard work & highly recommend Juliana. I know that when I need to buy another house that I will be coming to her!

We searched through Zillow and found that you had the most experience with condos in downtown PA. We liked the team approach. Not only does it mean that everyone is focused on being good at one or two things, it means that many things can happen at once. The whole process was very quick.

During the phase of processing the offer, things got a little complicated. It was clear during that phase that you knew exactly how to handle it. After our meeting, we had confidence that you'd seen every situation before - that you had more than enough experience to handle the irrational peculiarities of bay area real estate! You acted as our agent, which is what we hired you to do, but we were surprised when you were making key decisions without consulting us first. I don't think that needs to change, but it should be made more clear up front (at least for first time sellers) that the relationship will be that way.
