Dear Bob: We are writing this letter to express our appreciation to Juliana Lee, who was our agent for our house purchase in Palo Alto.

Throughout the process, Juliana never pushed us to bid for a house that we could have any concerns about & she never suggested to us to bid with an overpriced offer. We learned a lot about the market & also become good friends with Juliana.

We were relocated from abroad to the U.S. & only have been staying in the area for less than a year. The fierce competition of the housing market really frightened us as first‐time buyers. We were worried about whether we could find our favorite house in a short period of time & if we would be able to get a reasonable price for the home.

Fortunately, we were lucky to work with Juliana on the house hunting & bidding. Her insights into the market in the Palo Alto area helped us a lot. Dear Bob, We just bought our first house in Palo Alto with a good price/location & within 90 days of knowing Juliana Lee. We are first time (and nervous) home buyers with a child on the way. Juliana is very professional, calm & responsive. She guided us through all the steps necessary to find the right home for us.
