Silicon Valley Real Estate | JLee Realty
Before I entered the real estate industry, I was helping clients in another way. I was working for an ADU startup as their first official employee. While it was a very rewarding experience because of the skills I had to develop by myself, it had many challenges due to the start-up nature of the company. At one point, I was handling the 20 different clients by myself in cities across San Mateo, Santa Clara and Alameda county. That’s really more than what 90% of real estate agents out there can say. ADU just like buying a home is a big financial decision. This motivates me to be better because I understand that what goes on in the process may directly affect their lives. Thus I was forced to become a better professional by learning how to educate different clients, building systems around my service and understanding all their different needs. But I had to do it all alone.
Now that I am in the Juliana Lee Team, it’s vastly different now. I have access to not only Juliana’s four decades worth of experience but every single transaction of our team. We learn and build from each other’s experience and learn how to better service our clients. During a buyer consultation, I had a client once tell me, “You guys do things very differently. You have resources and tools that I have yet to see presented by other agents.” And that’s when I knew I could not be in a better place. It’s nice to hear that our clients see the value of our team
I moved to California nearly a decade ago from Myanmar, and I find it very fortunate that I am here. A fun fact about me is that I have three names in three languages, each representing a different culture I have been deeply exposed to.This exposure has helped me navigate successfully in a culturally rich country like America, and especially in a city like Silicon Valley.
