Professional Experience

I grew up right here in Palo Alto and went through our local public schools, so Silicon Valley isn't just where I work — it's home. Before real estate, I spent years in retail sales, where I learned firsthand what it means to genuinely take care of people — listening closely, staying patient, and making sure every customer feels heard. I bring that same hands-on care to every client I work with today. As a buyer's agent, I know the opportunities and challenges families face here because I've lived them myself, and I love combining that local knowledge with a genuine commitment to service.

My very first real estate sale was purchasing a home for my parents. Of course this made me especially sensitive to any judgement of my thoroughness and skill. Although I have dealt with retail buyers many many times as a sales professional, the value of this sale to my family put maximum pressure on me. I carry this concern and commitment forward to all of my buyers.

Culture & Affiliations

I am a sales professional who chose to make a change to real estate sales. I joined the Juliana Lee Team in order to maximize how quickly and thoroughly I would understand and be able to successfully handle the change. I believe it isn't wise to try to reinvent the wheel until you understand how it can be improved.
