I have developed a very strong team of top buyer agents. When they successfully help a buyer purchase a home, I make money. If one of my buyer agents helps a buyer purchase a home, which my listing team has for sale, I will not charge any listing side commission. The listing side commission is then simply 0%.

During my 30+ years as a real estate agent I have been asked by roughly 15% of potential buyers to represent them to make an offer for the purchase of a home for which I'm representing the seller.
