Agnew Park

  • Location: 2150 Agnew Road (between Lafayette Street and Mission College Blvd)
  • Description: A 2 acre park with basketball courts.
  • Amenities: Recreation building, basketball courts, picnic area, playground and restrooms.

Agnews Historic Park

  • Location: 4030 Lafayette Street (at Palm Drive)
  • Description: A 14.5 acre park located on the former site of the Agnews State hospital featuring four historic buildings.
  • Amenities: Beautiful trees and grass areas, benches, picnic area, playground, and restrooms. The Auditorium and Mansion are available for public use by reservation.

Bowers Park

  • Location: 2582 Cabrillo Avenue
  • Description: A 7 acre park adjacent to Bowers Elementary School and Cabrillo Middle School.
  • Amenities: Barbecue facilities, small children's play area, restrooms, large open spaces for active games, and recreation building.

Bracher Park

  • Location: 2560 Alhambra Drive
  • Description: A 3.5 acre park with large turf play area.
  • Amenities: Basketball courts, large turf play area, picnic- barbecue facilities, tot lot, and restrooms.

Central Park

  • Location: 909 Kiely Boulevard
  • Description: A 52 acre park with many major facilities.
  • Amenities: Group and individual picnic facilities, children's play area, amphitheater, 10 lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, a 30,000 square foot recreation center, international swim center, lighted softball field, tennis practice wall, open space, a lake, a lawn bowling green, exercise course, and the Central Park Library.

City Plaza Park

  • Location: 999 Corte Madera Ave.
  • Description: A one acre park with the Mission Library Family Reading Center.
  • Amenities: A Gazebo, picnic tables, benches, and heritage elm trees.

Civic Center Park

  • Location: Lincoln and El Camino Real
  • Description: A 3 acre park with beautiful landscaping and colorful flower beds, and is the site for the Statue of Saint Clare.
  • Amenities: Reflecting pool, fountains.

Earl R. Carmichael Park

  • Location: 3445 Benton Street
  • Description: A 10.5 acre park with a gymnastics center and home of the Homestead Little League.
  • Amenities: Basketball courts, little league field, two lighted tennis courts, gymnastics center, picnic area, children's play area, and open space.

Everett Alvarez Jr. Park

  • Location: 2280 Rosita Drive
  • Description: A 1.5 acre park named in honor of the longest held POW in American history.
  • Amenities: A large children's play area, picnic facilities, restrooms, basketball court, and open space.

Fairway Glen Park

  • Location: 2501 Calle De Primavera
  • Description: A 4 acre park adjacent to Kathryn Hughes Elementary School.
  • Amenities: A large children's play area, two tennis courts, picnic facilities, and open space.

Fremont Park

  • Location: 1303 Fremont Street
  • Description: A 7 acre park hosting the 45,000 sq. ft. Santa Clara Senior Center. This park was designed for senior citizen recreation needs.
  • Amenities: A children's play area, exercise course, and rose garden.

Fuller Street Park

  • Location: 61 Fuller Street
  • Description: A 2.4 acre park with picnic and barbecue facilities.
  • Amenities: Children's play areas, picnic and barbecue, open turf, pathways, and a small restroom.

Geof Goodfellow Sesquicentennial Park

  • Location: 1590 El Camino Real
  • Description: A 0.3 acre mini park commemorating the Battle of Santa Clara.

Henry Schmidt Park

  • Location: 555 Los Padres Boulevard
  • Description: A 8 acre park home of the "Henry Schmidt Park Walls of Fame" which displays 40 years of sports memories.
  • Amenities: Large neighborhood building, restrooms, softball field, exercise course, four lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, a large play area, and picnic facilities.

Homeridge Park

  • Location: 2985 Stevenson Street
  • Description: A 6 acre park.
  • Amenities: Small children's play area, basketball court, large group picnic-barbecue facilities, and restrooms.

Jenny Strand Park

  • Location: 250 Howard Drive
  • Description: A 6 acre park.
  • Amenities: Basketball, picnic-barbecue facilities, open space, children's play area and restrooms.

Larry J. Marsalli Park

  • Location: Lafayette Street and El Camino Real
  • Description: A 7 acre beautifully landscaped park.
  • Amenities: Lighted softball field, children's play area, open space, and restrooms.

Lick Mill Park

  • Location: 4750 Lick Mill Boulevard (between Tasman Drive and Montague Expressway)
  • Description: A 10.5 acre neighborhood park including a 3 acre landscaped easement along the Hetch-Hetchy right-of-way.
  • Amenities: Recreation building, a large children's play area, large open space, a basketball court, two tennis courts, picnic and barbecue facilities, and restrooms

Live Oak Park

  • Location: 4025 Rivermark Parkway
  • Description: A 11 acre park containing four live oak trees that are more than 100 years old, and were moved from the former Agnews State Hospital grounds.
  • Amenities: Large grass area, picnic area, benches, playground, and restroom.

Machado Park

  • Location: 3360 Cabrillo Avenue
  • Description: A 3.6 acre park which is home of the Briarwood/El Camino Little League.
  • Amenities: Recreation building, small children's play area, turf play area, basketball court, picnic-barbecue facilities, little league field, and restrooms.

Mary Gomez Park & Pool

  • Location: 651 Bucher Avenue
  • Description: An 8 acre park with swimming pool.
  • Amenities: Swimming pool, two tennis courts, basketball court, picnic-barbecue area, small children's play area, and restrooms.

Maywood Park

  • Location: 3330 Pruneridge Avenue
  • Description: An 9.5 acre park adjacent to Eisenhower School.
  • Amenities: Recreation building, two lighted tennis courts, large turf area, picnic-barbecue facilities, small children's play area, and restrooms..

Memorial Cross Park

  • Location: Martin Avenue & De La Cruz Boulevard
  • Description: A 0.5 acre park landscaped with emphasis on early mission day horticulture.
  • Amenities: Sitting areas.

Montague Park

  • Location: 3595 MacGregor Lane
  • Description: A 5.5 acre park adjacent to the Montague Swim Center.
  • Amenities: Recreation building, two tennis courts, picnic-barbecue facilities, children's play areas, and restrooms.

Parkway Park

  • Location: 3675 Forest Avenue
  • Description: A 3.5 acre park.
  • Amenities: Exercise course, open area, picnic area, play area, and restrooms.

Reed Street Dog Park

  • Location: 888 Reed Street (at Lafayette)
  • Description: A 1.5 acre park that is the only city park allowing dogs to run off-leash.
  • Amenities: Separate fenced areas for large and small dogs, water, benches, plastic bags, garbage cans, and a shade structure.

Rotary Park

  • Location: 1490 Don Avenue
  • Description: A small children's tot lot complete with play apparatus and picnic tables.

Santa Clara Youth Soccer Park

  • Location: 5049 Centennial Boulevard
  • Description: An 11.5 acre youth soccer park.
  • Amenities: three lighted regulation-size soccer fields. Two fields are natural grass. The third is made of artificial sports turf. The artificial surface allows practice and game activity year round in all types of weather. Soccer building with concessions, restrooms, showers, lockers, and meeting rooms.

Skate Park

  • Location: 40 Cabrillo Avenue
  • Description: A 15,000 square foot skate park open to Santa Clara residents.
  • Amenities: Variety of streetscape for beginners to advanced skaters.

Steve Carli Park

  • Location: 1045 Los Padres Boulevard
  • Description: A 3 acre park which is home of the Westside Little League.
  • Amenities: Basketball courts, little league field, playground, and restrooms.

Thamien Park

  • Location: 4321 Lick Mill Blvd.
  • Description: A 3.5 acre park.
  • Amenities: Tennis court, 2 half basketball courts, turf areas, picnic areas, playground, and restrooms.

The Park at Midtown Village

  • Location: Between Worthington Cir and Forest Ave
  • Description: Neighborhood park with playground for children
  • Amenities: Play area, picnic area, and restrooms

Ulistac Natural Area

  • Location: 4901 Lick Mill Boulevard
  • Description: A 40 acre area showcasing seven distinctive natural habitats.
  • Amenities: Facilities across the street in Lick Mill Park.

Warburton Park & Pool

  • Location: 2250 Royal Drive
  • Description: A 6 acre park containing a swim center.
  • Amenities: Swim center, basketball courts, open space, picnic area, playground, and restrooms.

War Memorial Playground

  • Location: 295 Monroe St.
  • Description: A 1 acre playground.
  • Amenities: Turf areas, picnic areas, playground, and restrooms.

Washington Park Baseball Field

  • Location: Buchser Middle School Campus, 250 Washington Street
  • Description: A 3.5 acre facility which is home of the Santa Clara Pony Baseball.
  • Amenities: Adjoins Elmer Johnson Softball Field, Townsend Football Field, and two outdoor handball courts.

Westwood Oaks Park

  • Location: 460 La Herran Drive
  • Description: A small 1.5 acre park.
  • Amenities: Recreation building, small children's play area, turf area, picnic-barbecue facilities, a half-basketball court, and restrooms.
