Keller Williams Palo Alto

Why Was I At Keller Williams Palo Alto?

Keller Williams was founded by and is run by real estate agents. They know that selling real estate depends more upon the agent than any other factor.

“Our perspective is that real estate is a local business driven by individual associates and their presence within their communities. It’s a perspective that stems from our deep conviction that the agent, not the company, is the brand that matters most. Our primary role is to help agents grow their own businesses – beyond simply selling real estate. That’s why we stand behind our agents, not in front of them.”

Other real estate companies force their agents to be a small cog in a much larger enterprise. The agent can be significantly limited in how creative they are and thus in how they support their clients. Keller Williams, by encouraging their agents to put their clients’ interests first, has created an environment where ideas and creativity flourish. Additionally Keller Williams successfully encourages their agents to share ideas with each other. This openness to new ideas and belief in sharing, puts Keller Williams agents to be in a great position to continually learn and to use the best ideas to help their clients.

Additionally Keller Williams believes in giving back to the communities they work in and to the people they work with.

Lives Worth Living

Great riches only matter to the extent that they fund a great life with deeper meaning. Keller Williams is defined by a culture of agents who care deeply about each other and are committed to having a positive impact on their clients and their communities. We are a company that changes lives.”

As an immigrant who came to the United States many years ago seeking a community that removes barriers to growth and encourages everyone to excel, I strongly believe in these ideas. Education and freedom are key to having a life worth living. Over the years I’ve given over $150,000 to our local public schools to help provide more opportunities to our community members. I am glad to be part of a real estate company which has the same beliefs.

Why Did I Leave Keller Williams Palo Alto?

Several years ago an agent left KW Palo Alto to start his own brokerage. He recruited “half” of KW’s agents to come work for him. I bought an office building for my team. KW panicked, thinking I had the same plan. I don’t. KW simply does not have space to support my team. My team is expanding with people who love real estate, who are obsessed with real estate. It is really fun and exciting. We simply don’t want to be an employer hiring people to do a job. We want to be a team which grows with people who strive to be the best in real estate sales. People whose heart, minds and time are “One” with achieving great things in real estate. It’s not a 1st choice for everyone, but we love it and pursue it.

We bring passion to every real estate sale.
