Saratoga Real Estate Trends
Saratoga homes prices had some of the greatest price swings due to the dot com bubble in 2000. Perhaps in reaction to that Saratoga home prices did not climb as high in 2007 and the downturn in 2008 wasn’t as strong. Since 2011 home prices have steadily risen.
