Between 2009 and 2015 Palo Alto Home prices doubled. The upward trend started in 2011 but there were signs at the beginning of 2010 that prices were getting ready to recover.
For a brief period from the middle of 2008 until the beginning of 2010 on average homes were selling under list price. Since the beginning of 2013 on average homes have been selling at about 10% over list price.
