Los Gatos Real Estate Trends
Home prices in Los Gatos have shown good growth since the beginning of 2011. Other cities near the center of the San Francisco Peninsula have had stronger growth but Los Gatos home prices have increased fairly steadily.
Considering the fairly steady growth in home prices it is somewhat surprising that not many homes have sold over list price. It appears that expectations are ahead of demand.
