Thompson Mountain View, CA
There ave very few condos/townhomes in the Thompson neighborhood. It is composed primarily of smaller original homes on lots between 5,000 and 6,000 sqare feet. The age of the homes sold has been increasing steadily as few new homes are built. Since about 2010, the number of homes sold has decreased. Few homeowners wish to sell even though prices have risen dramatically.
