There ave approximately six times as many condos/townhomes sold in the San Antonio neighborhood as there are single family homes. Typically there are only two to six houses sold each quarter. The houses and lots tend to be a little smaller than the Mountain View averages. However there are a number of quite large lots mixed in with the others. The large lots have attracted builders who build large new homes.
The condos/townhomes in this neighborhood also tend to be a little smaller than the Mountain View average. If you look at the age of those sold vs. time, up until 2006 the age stayed relatively flat. After 2006 the age steadily climbed indicating that few new condos/townhomes have been built.
This neighborhood is located near the San Antonio Shopping Center, El Camino Real businesses and adjacent to the San Antonio Caltrain station. The are many reasons this neighborhood could provide an excellent home.
