There ave approximately three times as many single family homes sold in the Downtown neighborhood as there are condos/townhomes. What may surprise some is that the average lot size is only slightly smaller than the Mountain View average. However the average age of a single family home in the downtown neighborhood is significantly greater which in turn leads to a somewhat smaller house.
The condos/townhomes in this neighborhood tend to follow the Mountain View average except that the significant number of new developments in the last few years has pushed the average age down.
